Dr. Larry Lilly is an Engineering Consultant and Technical Authority with expertise in process engineering, pipeline simulation, and corrosion and operating procedures. Dr. Lilly has overseen a variety of projects, including evaluation or review of complex pipeline operating conditions, facilities operating conditions, corrosion condition predictions, mitigation strategies, mechanical integrity, and leak detection.
