Mr. Miller is the current Chief Engineer and President of Kiefner and Associates, Inc., which he was appointed to in October 2018. Mr. Miller studied electrical engineering at the United States Naval Academy and was honorably discharged from the Naval Service. He then received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and subsequently graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Loyola University, New Orleans.

Mr. Miller is a licensed Professional Engineer in LA, TX, IA, OH, and KY. He is also a licensed attorney-at-law in Texas and Louisiana and holds credentials as a Certified Safety Professional, Project Management Professional, and Program Management Professional. Mr. Miller has held various executive roles for both operating and services companies.

Mr. Miller served as Vice President of Technical Services for American Midstream Partners, LP, Vice President of Midstream for CDI Corporation, Manager of the PMO for the El Paso Corporation, and Manager of Pipeline Integrity for TransCanada. He also served as Director of Engineering for Allpax Products, where he oversaw an ASME pressure vessel shop, among other tasks.
